I'm Quan, a sound engineer and post-production mixer who's relocated from Melbourne to Toronto this year.

My work spans mixing/mastering for music, film and TV post-production, and — occasionally — sound design/location recording. My work spans independent film, independent network TV, local artists, and at times, my own personal projects.

I believe that work can be more than a means to an end, and that fundamentally, your vocation should be an extension of your best characteristics. I decided early on that this was the right path for me, knowing that all I want to do is hear others' stories, while writing my own. If I've lived being able to bring someone else's story to life, I'm content.

Outside of client work, I'm a singer-songwriter making experimental pop/R&B and electronic music under the name Anton Nouveau. If I'm not at the studio, writing, or mixing, you can find me on a dancefloor (on a weekend) or throwing power jabs at a heavy bag (on weekdays) at my MMA gym.
